四人又找来了一些其它材质的东西过来尝试，包括了泥巴、木头等等，可一切能够扔得动的物体都试过了，但想从魔潭的一端把东西扔到对面的石壁，根本就不可能，无论投掷什么质地的东西，都是一样的结果——

所投掷的物体被抛到蓝洞上方的时候，就像是被施了魔法一样，乖乖地往下落，然后坠入潭底，无影无踪。

多次的试验都以失败而告终，大家开始绞尽脑汁，希望能够破解魔潭的吸力大法，但例举了很多很多的想法和推理，还是不合逻辑，更加不合常理。

高晓飞感叹道：“Isn't this magic pool too much against scientific theory?（这魔潭也太违反科学理论了吧？）”

引力，是指具有质量的物体之间加速靠近的趋势，其来源于物体自身质量对于时空的弯曲，而不是源于重力场间的相互拉扯。因此，引力并不是常常理解的那种作用力，而是由时空弯曲形成，主要跟宇宙压力、宇宙速度、空间维度、磁场强度、物体结构有关。

但问天尽管用这一观点对魔潭的强大吸力现象做出了解释，可他连自己也是无法明朗，反而使魔潭变得更加神秘：这个普通水潭下的蓝洞竟然具有如此强大的引力场，是否真的就像宇宙中的黑洞一样？不可思议！

“Delicate fine dining?（美味佳肴？）”布莱特疑惑地问道，“You mean, wild dogs for food?（你是说，要把野狗当食物吗？）”

登上竹筏，布莱特拿着竹篙在前排撑筏，顺水飘流。问天和高晓飞则忙着在筏尾把野狗杀了清洗干净。

高晓飞看了看布莱特，笑着叹息道：“要是我啊，肯定就顺手多开一枪，打多一只野狗，反正也是它们先送上门的，省得我们几乎天天为了食物而发愁！”

凯丽笑道：“你就知足吧，多了我们也带不了；再说了，布莱特可是动保组织的，他一直都反对随意乱打野生动物当食物。”

原始雨林中河道遍布，就像一条条缀满着闪光宝石的飘带，深深地缠绕在这片美丽肥沃的土地上，为大自然的生灵提供了无限的生机。

布莱特转头看了看正在忙碌着的问天和高晓飞，轻声地问凯丽道：“Kelly! Are they really going to eat dog meat?（凯丽！他们是真的要吃狗肉吗？）”

布莱特整个人都呆住了，怔怔地看了凯丽好一会，这才开口感叹着说：“Kelly!You really grow up, is not the past that don't know how to be unruly little girl!（凯丽！你真的长大了，已经不是以前那个不明事理的刁蛮小女孩了！）”

凯丽微微一笑，心中释然，轻轻地说道：“I can grow up, I can mature, because of them.（我之所以能够长大，之所以能够成熟，完全是因为有了他们。）”她侧头看了看在后面忙碌着的问天和高晓飞笑了笑。她知道，自己并不止是单纯地长大了，而是成熟了，懂得了分辨事理，更懂得了如何去看待这个世界上的方方面面，而让她拥有这一切的，都是来自于一个人，一个以前和她毫无瓜葛的中国人：萧问天。

凯丽环顾两岸，但见流水依依。她静心聆听，心神融于水中，随泉而流，又好像流水汩汩滤过心田，冲走污垢，留下深情，引人遐想；她仿佛听到了岁月的流逝，历史的变迁，生命在诞生、成长、繁衍、死亡，甚至于新陈代谢的声音，由弱到强，渐渐地在心中展开，升腾而成为了整个生命的主旋律。

竹筏一路飘到了午后，夕阳西下之时，大家又选了一处合适露营的休息地靠岸。

问天在附近丛生的茂竹下挖了一把竹笋尖洗干净，又采了一大把鲜竹叶，再慢慢地辨别挑选了一些香草，用刺刀在一块狗肉上划出一道道的刀痕，把笋尖配上香草压入了**之中；又用鲜竹叶一层一层地包了起来，用野藤扎好，然后用水和了一团泥巴裹在竹叶之外，在地下挖了一个坑，把包好的狗肉埋了下去，在上面点起了篝火。大家兴致勃勃地围着篝火烤起了狗肉。

烤得半晌，但闻香味扑鼻，就连说狗肉不能吃的布莱特，也忍不住食指大动。

“好香！”高晓飞使劲吸了吸鼻子，用刺刀割了一小片烤好的狗肉尝了尝，又把手指放进嘴里吸了吸，看着布莱特问道，“Dare you try it?（敢不敢尝一尝？）”

“Of course.（那是当然。）”布莱特笑着耸了耸肩膀，两眼紧紧地盯着烤好的狗肉。

“狗肉滚三滚，神仙也难忍！”高晓飞一笑，又轻轻地割了一小片烤好的狗肉，连着刺刀一起递给了布莱特。

布莱特接过刺刀，凑近鼻子一闻，已是忍耐不住香味的诱惑，一张嘴吞了下去，顿觉唇齿留香，可这一小片的肉片又如何满足得了口欲？伸手又想去割狗肉。

高晓飞一把抢过刺刀：“B: well, just taste it. You'll have to save it for this packet. That's the real treat.（嗯，品尝一下就可以了，你得留着肚子吃下面这一包，那才是真正的珍品美味。）”笑着指了指篝火之下。

等到上面的狗肉全部都烤好了，泥中也透出甜香。众人移开篝火，把泥团挖出，待得湿泥干透，剥去干泥，又一层一层地解开竹叶。随着一股股的清香溢出，但见竹叶包着的狗肉黄嫩透红，色泽鲜艳，更是浓香扑鼻。

高晓飞看着布莱特急不可忍的样子，先割了一块给他。

布莱特大喜，夹手夺过，饥不择食地就咬下了一大口，只觉满嘴鲜美，绝非寻常肉类可比——每咀嚼一下，便有一次不同滋味，或膏腴嫩滑，或甘脆爽口，诸味纷呈。一面吃，一面忍不住赞美，嘴巴加速运动，变幻多端、风卷残云地吃了个干干净净。

高晓飞看得目瞪口呆：“Well, I thought you said you couldn't eat dog meat. But you can eat too much!（嗯，你不是说狗肉不能吃吗？可你也太能吃了吧！）”

布莱特两眼放光地紧紧盯着狗肉不出声。

“我的妈呀！又吃出了一个狗粉来。”高晓飞哭笑不得。

又连续行了两三日的水路，白天都在竹筏上，但晚上却不敢留在水上，又挑选合适的场地上岸休整，河道上也没有河马和鳄鱼的干扰拦截，所幸一路平安。

“Hey, Brett!You've taken the wrong turn. We've veered south.（喂，布莱特！你拐错航道了，我们已经偏离了南面的方向。）”高晓飞连忙喊了起来。

布莱特说道：“I didn't take a wrong turn, but there was no river to the south.（不是我拐错了航道，而是南面根本就没有河道了。）”

凯丽道：“Can not deviate from the direction, otherwise we will only transit in the rainforest circle, never break out!（不能够偏离了方向，不然的话我们就只会在雨林中转圈子，永远也闯不出去！）”

大家只得又再次弃舟登岸，把AK步枪背着，手拿竹棍做为防卫武器，穿越于茫茫的原始雨林深处。

水陆两路的行程不可能同日而语，毕竟坐在竹筏上就可以随水飘流，泛舟而行地优哉游哉，更可以一路欣赏沿途的美丽风光，而且还很快；但徒步行走就不同了，而且还是穿越步步危机的热带雨林。

“Over there, take a break.（那边，休息一下。）”众人气喘吁吁地穿行在山高林密的雨林中，只见前面的一座山前出现了一处开阔地带，周围绿草如茵，岩石遍布，阳光明媚，环境相当优美。

大家卸下装备，靠在岩石上休息，一边补充能量。

高晓飞拿出了一块烤狗肉刚咬了一口，抬头去看着眼前的风景，忽听得身后一股轻风扫过，手上的烤狗肉猛然消失不见了，似是被谁抢了过去。他一看侧面的三人，心中疑惑，慢慢地转头往后看去。

“鬼啊，有鬼啊！”高晓飞突然一声惊呼，顿时头皮发麻，整个身子猛地蹦了起来，身体一翻，窜离开了岩石。

问天、凯丽和布莱特正在放松身心调息，突然间听到高晓飞如此凄厉的惊叫声，都禁不住向前扑出。问天顺手一抄，把AK步枪拿在手上，猛一回身，枪口已是指了过去。凯丽单膝跪地，右手一翻，一把寒光闪闪的飞刀已经拿在了手上。

岩石后的草丛中，一只似猴似鬼的怪物正拿着一块烤狗肉津津有味地咀嚼着，不时地向着众人瞄上一眼。

那怪物长着鬼魅般的面孔，脸长并红蓝相关，鲜红的鼻梁，鼻骨两侧各有一块骨质突起，其上有纵向排列的脊状，相比周围的暗色，红色部分伸延到鼻骨和吻部周围，让这种鲜艳的色彩更加凸显，鲜艳的特殊图案形似鬼怪，鼻两侧有深深的纵纹，颔下一撮山羊胡子，头部掩映于长毛之中，身上的毛为黑褐色，蓬松而茂密。

众人一见这种怪物，也都是吃惊非小，但见它并不攻击人，吃着烤狗肉似乎也没有恶意，心里才慢慢地平静下来。

“Oh god! What the hell is this?（噢上帝！这到底是什么恶鬼？）”布莱特惊呼一声，他虽然是动保人士，可也不认识这个鬼魅一样的怪物到底是什么物种。
